Serfass Construction has been hired to build a new 3 story, 17,000 square foot building at the corner of West Broad Street and Third Avenue.   Demolition of the former Jack Jones Buick Dealership is complete paving the way for immediate construction.  The project consists of new medical space for the Lehigh Valley Hospital and will be completed in 7 months.
