The City of Allentown contracted Serfass Construction to complete the renovation of their existing data center and offices.  The large scale infrastructure project was completed in 3 phases over the course of one year.  Minimal disruption was key in the success of this project.  Eleven city agencies connect through this critical hub and security was a major concern.  In order to minimize security threats and down time the data center was kept live during the entire construction process.
